After many years practising law, in 2004 Dolores Bañón joined the Carrefour Group. Since joining the company, she has held several positions, focusing on the expansion of all supermarket and hypermarket formats, and participating in new development projects such as La Gavia (Madrid), one of Spain’s biggest commercial real estate operations.

In 2009, she joined Carrefour Property Spain, the real estate subsidiary of the distribution group, where she currently holds the position of Head of Operations and Development. Through this role, she has had the opportunity to manage some of the most innovative real estate projects in Spain in terms of marketing and customer experience, such as Holea (Huelva) and FAN Mallorca Shopping (Balearic Islands), which has been awarded as the best large shopping center in Spain by the AECC.

Dolores Bañón has added recently new duties at the company with the direction of Concept and Construction and Shopping Centers areas in the subsidiary of the Carrefour Group.

She holds a Degree in Law in 2001 at San Pablo CEU University. She also has two Master’s Degree in International Law, one from the Aix-Marseille University (2001) and other by ISDE Law Business School (2002).
