Caroline is the Director of Retail & Development at Rapha, the global cycling lifestyle company.

Caroline has worked in the luxury fashion industry for many years, based in New York and London. She joined Rapha in 2017 to lead its' extremely exciting global retail expansion. Previously at Burberry for over 12 years, Caroline most recently led the Real Estate and Development for Europe and Emerging Markets and prior to that, led the Retail Operations and Business Development teams for the Emerging Market region.
