Frédéric has expertise in marketing, distribution, sales and innovation, in the field of services and hospitality, and at both strategic and business unit levels. 

Frederic worked in sales and marketing in car rental and events. He joined Accor 16 years' ago as Head of Sales, Marketing and Distribution in the UK. Then became SVP Global Brand Marketing for Mercure, MGallery and Ibis Family at the HQ. 

Since January 2016, he leads Accor’s Marketing Innovation Lab and delivered the new “lifestyle millennial” brand JO&JOE. He and his team, explore, invent, accelerate or transform the hospitality play field in a wide array of topics such as coworking (Wojo), mobility, wellness, startup acceleration, intrapreneurship and more.
