Jay studied Economics at Concordia University and also holds the Attestation of Real Estate from LaSalle College. Jay started his career in Real Estate in 2006 and is an accomplished Real Estate professional with a solid knowledge of the industry which includes his experience in office, industrial, retail leasing and property management. Jay’s key leadership strengths lie in his ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.

Since joining the Oberfeld Snowcap team in Toronto in 2010, Jay has been an integral part of the firm’s success. Jay currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Client Relations & Business Development.
