What is DealMaker?

DealMaker is a new digital meeting tool being launched this year to support participants in planning and scheduling meetings before and during the event.

How is DealMaker different from the Online Database?

The Online Database covers all MAPIC participants and supports directory search with basic filters and in-platform chat. DealMaker is more targeted: it is built for retailers and property players only, and adds advanced search, meeting requests, confirmations, agenda management, email notifications, and document sharing for exhibitors.

What is the main benefit of DealMaker?

DealMaker goes beyond directory search by helping participants identify relevant and qualified contacts, send meeting requests, confirm appointments, and manage their event agenda in one place. During the registration process, detailed information is collected on participants’ business goals, which helps facilitate more relevant and targeted connections.

Who can use DealMaker?

DealMaker is available exclusively to retailers (buyers) and property players (exhibitors).

Do all MAPIC participants get access?

Can exhibitors purchase more access packs?

Yes. Exhibitors may purchase one additional access pack for €1,000.

Is access free for retailers?
