MAPIC Refund Conditions


We fully expect to hold a safe and enjoyable MAPIC and LeisurUp in Cannes this November. However, in the event of cancellation of MAPIC and/or LeisurUp due to Force Majeure, your registration fees will be exceptionally refunded to you at 100% or the amount will be offered as a credit towards either the MAPIC online event or MAPIC/LeisurUp 2021. All of our sales team remain available for any questions you may have.

With the current situation, a number of countries and companies are impacted by travel restrictions. To offer those clients the opportunity to be part of the MAPIC experience, we are creating the MAPIC Digital platform - a digital solution that offers a new, hybrid dimension to the physical event.
